Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association


NAPA represents the interests of asphalt mixture producers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants on the national level with Congress, government agencies, and national trade and business organizations. We support research and technical education to continuously improve the quality of asphalt pavements and paving techniques used in the construction of roads, parking lots, airports, and recreational facilities.

What is NAPA?
NAPA is the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to the interests of the asphalt pavement industry. This is a community of producers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and partners. Just like Cummins Construction, this is an industry of entrepreneurs and innovators, with many companies being family owned and operated.

National Asphalt Pavement Association

The Oklahoma Asphalt Paving Association (OAPA) carries the torch for quality asphalt paving in our state. They are our industry's liaison to ODOT and DOT's nationwide as well as the Federal Highway Administration. Their experience and networking, equip them to promote the best practices and latest technologies of the asphalt paving industry. The schools and seminars they conduct equip contractors and their agency partners with the abc's of asphalt paving as well as the latest in technical developments.

What is OAPA?
The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association (OAPA), incorporated in 1971, is a non-profit trade association representing the asphalt hot-mix producers operating in and for the state of Oklahoma. Our producer members account for approximately 90% of all asphalt production within the state.

Association of oklahoma general Contractors
The members of the AOGC build and maintain Oklahoma's roads with skill, responsibility and integrity. They partner with ODOT, OTA, and other agencies in order to facilitate the design, funding, construction, and maintenance of our state's transportation system. From the beginning, Cummins has been an active member of this association. Rob Cummins and Ray Feightner have both proudly served as Presidents of the AOGC.
