How long does a typical project take?
Starter projects are typically done in 3–4 weeks. Growth packages run 6–8 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline during onboarding based on your scope and how quickly feedback comes through.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes — around 40% of our clients are international. We work async-friendly and run video calls across time zones. USD and GBP invoicing is available on request.
What platforms do you build on?
We build on Divi 5 and WordPress.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Absolutely. Every project includes a recorded walkthrough and a written guide so you can manage your content with confidence. Prefer we handle it? Ask about our monthly retainer.
What do you need from me to get started?
We kick things off with a 30-minute discovery call. After that we'll need your brand assets — logo, colours, fonts — and any existing copy. No assets yet? Our Growth package includes brand identity from scratch.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. One-off projects are split 50% upfront and 50% on launch. For larger scopes we can structure milestone-based payments. Just ask and we'll work something out.
